Breathwork saved my life.

When Breathwork was introduced into my life, I was instantly changed FOREVER.

It was as if I remembered a secret code within myself, through this form of Conscious Breathing.

As I began to work with my Breath on a daily basis, studying its patterns and experimenting with different techniques, I began also shifting and healing my mind, body and spirit in ways that I still find challenging to put into words. I was literally HEALING MYSELF through my BREATH. It still amazes me!
